Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used pet products

• Personalized or custom-made items
  

• Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
